Utility Management Service Provider.
Therefore, since we are not involved
with the normal maintenance responsibilities of
an internal
Facilities Department, we are able to proactively investigate utility usage and

load factor of the building and tenant's consumption per meter square.
- Online
monitoring of large buildings where we react within 24 hours to ensure
minimal losses.
- Back-charges
to tenants and refunds from Municipalities are followed up.
- Monitor income and expenditure of utilities monthly to ensure effective
control of the building.
- We investigate and resolve
landlords' & tenants' utilities complaints.
- We
investigate the feasibility of installing equipment to reduce the
Municipal account and check installed equipment and air-conditioning plants
for efficiency.
- Our service is available country wide and globally.
- To
complete our service, we offer and maintain web-pages for Landlords, Malls
and large shopping centers. Satisfying the needs of shoppers, tenants with
